Group Supported Employment
Serenity Tender Care Services will provide support to members in developing skills, abilities, and behaviors that will allow them to realize their vocational aspirations, including supporting their transition into more independent employment settings and becoming a part of the informal culture of the workplace.
CENTER-BASED EMPLOYMENT
Serenity Tender Care Services identifies the ability to procure adequate work for the number of members in the program. The program will provide the necessary training and ensure the ongoing availability of Paid work (75% of the center work week), which provides a variety of work opportunities.
At least 75 % of members will meet their annual vocational goals per ISP, and at least 10% will be referred to progressive move within 6 months. Serenity Tender Care Services will work with ISP teams to make referrals to Vocational programs, including Rehab.
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTED AIDE
Serenity Tender Care Services’ (STCS) goal is to provide quality service that provides the member with one-one support needed to remain in his/her job. These supports could be one or more of the following three options:
- Personal Care Services
- Behavioral Support
- Follow-along support needed to maintain stable employment upon referral from DDD.
